Amended and Restated Bylaws of the Foundation for Earth Science Information Partners

Restated as of December 2, 2016

These bylaws govern the Foundation for Earth Science Information Partners (ESIP). They are organized into eleven articles covering offices, purposes, membership, directors, conduct, meetings, officers, committees, instruments, records, and miscellaneous provisions.

Amendments to the bylaws require a two-thirds vote of the entire membership present at a duly called meeting (see Article 11.2).
